1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of Aervana Travels, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment and written confirmation from Aervana Travels.
- Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice until booking is confirmed.
- Any special requests (diet, room type, accessibility needs) must be communicated at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
3. Payment Terms
- A minimum advance of 25–50% of the total package cost is required to confirm a booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid before departure as per the agreed schedule.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods.
4. Cancellation Policy
- 60+ days before departure: 10% cancellation charge of total package cost.
- 30–59 days before departure: 25% cancellation charge.
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% cancellation charge.
- Less than 15 days / No-show: 100% cancellation charge.
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to info@aervanatravels.com.
5. Changes to Itinerary
Aervana Travels reserves the right to alter, amend, or cancel any itinerary due to force majeure events, bad weather, political instability, or other unforeseen circumstances. Suitable alternatives or refunds will be offered where possible.
6. Liability
Aervana Travels acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, and other service suppliers. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party service providers. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
7. Travel Documents
Travellers are solely responsible for ensuring valid travel documents (ID, passport, visa, health certificates) are in order. Aervana Travels will not be held responsible for denied entry or related issues.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
